I hope to bring a quiet kind of support to the PsyMentor Network - the kind that comes from both lived experience and a deep love for this field. As a counselling psychologist, I’ve worked closely with children, adolescents, and young adults - both in schools and through teletherapy - and over time, I’ve come to see how much early-career psychologists need spaces that feel safe, validating, and real. Alongside my clinical work, I write and publish reflective pieces rooted in psychological research - weaving emotion with evidence. I believe this blend helps us stay connected to both head and heart in our practice. Through mentorship, I’d love to offer not just tools and techniques, but also honest conversations - about doubt, burnout, boundaries, and the quiet victories we rarely speak of. My hope is to walk with those just starting out - not ahead of them, but beside - helping them find rhythm, clarity, and a grounded sense of self as they grow into the kind of professionals they dream of becoming.
