I too have been through phases where I need a mentor to help me navigate through this field and even today I still feel a little support and guidance would be very helpful. I want to help students know not just the positives but also the challenges they may face through the journey and be helpful to help them through these challenges. I understand the value of someone who is not just a guide but is invested in the growth.
