As someone who has navigated the many challenges of academic and applied research, I hope to create a supportive and encouraging space for budding psychologists and researchers. I’d love to help mentees not just with the technical aspects of research — like refining questions, designing studies, or writing papers — but also with the emotional and mental process of growing as a researcher. I believe mentorship is about helping others find their voice, gain confidence, and stay curious. I hope to contribute to the PsyMentor Network by sharing my experience, offering honest feedback, and being someone mentees can rely on when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure. Research can feel isolating — I’d like to remind them they’re not alone.
