Clinical Psychology , Case Study Formulation, Psychological Assessments, Academic and Field-based Research, and Reflective Writing. Working in various counselling techniques and therapeutic approaches including supportive counselling, cognitive-behavioral strategies, psychoeducation, and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy.

I hope to contribute to the PsyMentor Network by providing empathetic, evidence-based guidance to aspiring psychology students and early-career professionals. Drawing from my academic experience in clinical psychology, I aim to support mentees in developing strong foundational knowledge, critical thinking skills, and practical approaches to assessment and therapy. Additionally, I want to encourage an inclusive and affirming environment by sharing insights on diverse counselling techniques, including LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy. Through mentorship, I hope to inspire confidence, foster professional growth, and help build a collaborative community that advances the mental health field.
