As an I/O Psychology student with hands-on experience in mentoring, research, and learning & development, I hope to contribute by creating a supportive, reflective, and growth-oriented space for my peers. I am currently getting specialised in I/O Psychology which brings me great knowledge and insights towards the subject matter. I also have the experience of facilitating events at my internship and have facilitated 3 community meet-ups till now.
